Separates Marketplace operates as an eCommerce hub that merges marketplace capabilities with networking platform features. This all-in-one solution manages the entire commodity procurement cycle, from sourcing and negotiating deals to order fulfillment and financing.

The main objective was to create product navigation to satisfy both buyers and sellers, while ensuring that transactions comply with the rules. Commodity Trading marketplace requires specialized functions. The development of a comprehensive solution also included facilitating price negotiations, developing user engagement strategies, and improving the network system.
The 4D method at its finest
To guarantee that every element of the product was aligned with user needs, I employed the established 4D design process:
- Discover and Define: I conducted a UX/UI audit of the existing solution, analyzed competitor offerings, and carried out in-depth user interviews.
- Develop and Deliver: I created new user flows and designed wireframes, testing them with actual users and refining them until they met user requirements.

- Complex UX Price Book: A dynamic pricing feature allows sellers to make real-time price adjustments based on factors such as the quantity of goods, delivery locations, and more, promoting transparency.
- Connections: This feature facilitates the exchange of private information only with mutual consent. It enables sellers and buyers to remain anonymous during initial negotiations regarding products and pricing. This approach prioritizes user privacy while still allowing for engagement and networking.
- Pricing History if the Trader is Willing to Provide It: This feature allows users to view the historical pricing of products, helping them make more informed purchasing decisions. Traders can share this information to enhance transparency and trust in the trading process.
- Tenders for Finding the Best Requests and Offers: This feature enables users to create tenders to find the most advantageous offers and bids from various suppliers and end-users. It simplifies the process of comparing and selecting the best deal terms.
